The home-university run courses and program can become more expensive; therefore, the student must learn how to choose the courses and programs that are offered by the home university because some of these programs can be less expensive thanks to the fee negotiation. The tuition waivers can also result from the reciprocity agreements that may transform the Study Abroad Program into a less expensive experience.
